At House of Ratnara, every piece is handpicked and packed with care before it reaches you. We take quality seriously and want you to love what you receive.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the delicate nature of imitation jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. We request that you review your order carefully before placing it.

Please check the product photos, description, and dimensions before purchasing. If you have any questions about a specific piece, we are happy to help before you buy — just reach out to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take full responsibility if a product reaches you damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • A short description of the issue

We will review your case promptly and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right immediately.
